- Your ID. We write down who we got the vehicle from. If anything ever comes back on that car, there's a clear record it left your hands on a certain day.
- The title, if you have it. Bring it along and it's simple. If you can't find it, say so when you call. We deal with that all the time.
- We do the title work. When there isn't one, we apply for it ourselves. You're not the one standing at the BMV.
- We run the numbers and check for a lien. If there's still money owed on the vehicle, that has to get cleared before anything else happens. We'll walk you through it.
